Ucrete DP – safe floors for wet and greasy environments
How does Ucrete DP work?
Unique Heavy Duty Polyurethane resin technology with exceptional resistance to aggressive chemicals, heavy impact and extreme temperatures – this is Ucrete DP. Ucrete DP is a family of products with matt or gloss finish and in a range of surface profiles and thickness specifications providing a safe and attractive floor for a wide range of process environments.
Careful choice of raw materials and the use of a limited number of specialist applicators ensure that the defined surface profile, specifically designed to meet European slip resistance standards, is achieved on site and that the slip resistance is maintained throughout the floors service life.
What makes Ucrete DP a unique solution?
Ucrete DP flooring's combination of durability, defined slip resistance, aesthetics and ease of cleaning are a unique offering meeting the demands of the food industry.
Ucrete DP meets customer demands in various industry sectors where robust slip resistant floors are required
Ucrete DP floors are dense and impervious providing an ideal floor finish for all wet process applications, internal and external, in the food and beverage, pharmaceutical and chemical industries and wherever a robust slip resistant floor is required.
Ucrete DP floors are tolerant of substrate moisture and rapid curing facilitating the maintenance of tight constructions schedules and reducing down time in refurbishment applications.
The combination of temperature, chemical, impact and wear resistance ensures that a correctly specified Ucrete floor will last for many years. When one considers the risk to hygiene and safety of failing floors together with the cost in management time and lost production to replace them, it is clear that Ucrete floors give best value for money because they are long lived floors.
For process areas handling solvents or fine organic powders an antistatic version, Ucrete DPAS is available
